I have been with Innovative Medical Supplies for 4 years, and have been managing the company for over 3 years now. I am based out of our Henderson location. I attended the University of Winnipeg and graduated from the Athletic Therapy program with my BA degree in 2003. I certified with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association in 2004, and then took some time off to go travelling in Australia. I have worked for Canadian National Volleyball Programs with several of the teams, including the Junior and Senior Men's teams, as well as the Youth, Junior, and Senior Women's teams. I have been a part of the medical teams for several major games over the years, including the Western Canada Games and the Canada Games.
Carly BSc. (Kin.), CAT(C), Sales Representative
Before completing university, I began working at Innovative Medical Supplies in the fall of 2008. I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Applied Health at the University Of Winnipeg and recently certified with the Canadian Athletic Therapist's Association as a Certified Athletic Therapist (2011). During my years as a student I worked with several different sports teams such as The University of Winnipeg Wesmen Women's Basketball team for 2 years, and the Provincial Football Under 18 teams for 3 years. I also had the privilege of working with some very talented Athletic Therapists, who were also my Professors, at The University of Winnipeg Athletic Therapy Centre. One interest of mine which was a big part of my life growing up was artistic gymnastics. It directed me towards an interest in musculoskeletal studies and eventually the desire to become an Athletic Therpist. I currently work at both Winnipeg locations as a Sales Representative.
